Did you know that it is Peanut Butter Month? We are generally not a big peanut family, but this sugar free salted caramel peanut butter fudge had my attention. We have minimised the amount of treats we keep in the house over the past month mostly for health reasons, and this little treat is now kept in the fridge. What I am observing is that my guys find it quite easy to just have one at the time, because it is so filling. This is great habit building and a useful trick for anyone who needs help with portion control.
