Every now and then I make scrolls in a bit of a different way. Add some chocolate powder to the dough, and use frozen raspberries or other fruit to fill. Yummy and so simple.🙌🙌

Manual cooking for the win. To the left we have lentil rice, packed with protein and yumminess. Inspired by Skinnymixer’s Mediterranean book. To the left and full of colour is a chicken curry with veggies - inspired by a yummy yellow Indonesian curry paste I made from the Indonesian cookbook.

This recipe is something you can make all year around. When it comes to gifts, I like putting these into my Christmas hampers. I also keep some lemon curd for deserts around Christmas. Easy to do and inexpensive. I would never make this without my Thermomix.đź’š

This little meme brings back memories from I in fact did help my grandmother wash everything by hand using a washboard. The hands were soft from soap and water, nails a little brittle, but we got it done......
