In today's workshop, we are joined by one of our dear friends and colleagues, breathwork practitioner Simon Hamilton .mind.body.breath. This will be an Interactive session that will involve guided breathing techniques to help our self-healing clients develop awareness and understanding of their inner sensations. Best experienced with headphones in a space where you won’t be interrupted, ideally with a space to lie down.

About Simon Hamilton:

Simon is a trauma-informed breathwork and mindfulness facilitator. He has completed over 600 hours of professional training in mindfulness and breathwork for trauma recovery, accredited by the Australian Breathwork Association. 🧠 His approach focuses on nervous system regulation, interoceptive awareness, and creating safe, supportive environments that complement personal development and well-being.

Just because you *can* run on adrenaline doesn’t mean your body will keep letting you.

In this episode, Heather Morris shares her own body burnout story - and it’s such a good reminder that “high functioning” can still be a sign of slow-burn crash.

She was ambitious from a young age, running an architecture firm at 24, working seven days a week, with 60-hour weeks as the norm… and basically being on call all the time. 🧠

Then life piled on: the pressure of always being “on”, health wake-up calls like high blood pressure, and even the home stuff - like literally hand-polishing a huge marble staircase while trying to keep up with the whole image of it all.

That was her line-in-the-sand moment. She redesigned her whole life to support her health and wellbeing, and built a lifestyle where work fits around her (not the other way around). ✨

I remember that 2pm feeling… like I’d hit a wall, but I still had to keep going. 💔

I was the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the high achiever — the one who could hold a lot on my plate — and I was doing the protocols. Clean food. Supplements. Routines. “Stress management.”

Some memories don’t need years of “talking about it”, in order to stop it running through your body… sometimes they just need the right process to clear the charge (and yes, it can happen in a moment!).

In this episode, I share what we’ve seen in practice when we use a simple yet powerful submodalities process. Things like insomnia switching off, stored emotional grief releasing, even physical symptoms switching off (for good!) with this 10-30min unconscious change process 🧠

I’m big on “collecting evidence for healing” because it helps your brain trust that healing IS actually possible. I talk about a client who was drowning in grief — we worked through a handful of key memories where a loved one passed in about half an hour, and the following day she was no longer being consumed by it (and the result has lasted months down the track).

Another client had sleep issues after traumatic home break-ins… and her sleep improved after we cleared the stored distressing memories. ✨
