We are very pleased to announce that we absolutely aced our recent NDIS audit with no non-conformities whatsoever

Additionally, we have just received praise from the NDIA for not inappropriately paying a support worker, despite their attempts to bully/manipulate our Plan Management team, the Support Coordinator, and the Participant's Mother/Nominee

We may be the little guys, but we will do whatever we can to take care of those doing the right thing, and stand up to those who aren't

Thank you to all the wonderful clients, families and service providers who work with us, we are very proud to be part of such a wonderful team!

You all know we wear our hearts on our sleeves here at Gayle Group so it has taken me a while to write this post.
Our roles can be challenging, especially when it comes to our clients who we get to know and care for. We recently lost one of our clients, R who would always have a smile on his face, never complained, no matter what and was a beautiful soul. It was impossible to not form a bond with R and I always looked forward to visiting him regularly in his home.
I want to take this time to publicly thank his family for trusting us to take care of him as his Support Coordinator and Plan Manager during his journey in NDIS care. It has been an absolute honor to be a part of his story and get to know the man, the legend, R.
Like us, R adored dogs and his family has asked for donations to the Dogs' Homes of Tasmania in his honor. If you have a few dollars spare and would like to get behind a great cause, you can use the link below with the funds being sent directly to the dogs home.
R previously had a little dog called Robbo, so now R&R are together again.
Rest peacefully R, you will be missed.

Some of the Gayle Group team are enjoying a relaxing weekend away after so much turmoil these past few months.... note I didn't say quiet, yeah well, we have 4 adults, 4 kids and 4 dogs in the house... wacky much but so great to just be away!

Update - although a few emails did get out, it was actually a very poor attempt that didn't really achieve anything except waste a bit of time for a few. We have now been advised that another local company that caused an equally unsuccessful attack on us earlier in the year, likely also caused this nuisance attack by not successfully resolving the weakness in their security system. Needless to say that although our system did significantly limit the attack, additional protocols are now in place to assist us to identify any attacks at the earliest possible moment

We have been advised of a potential data breach from our invoices email this morning. We are working on getting this resolved, however until this is rectified, please do not click on any links and any emails from our Plan Management team will be followed up with either a text or phone call.
We will keep you all updated as things progress.

We have been busy with a visit from Danny and James from Queensland who have been supporting our clients with their Occupational Therapy needs. Thanks so much for coming to Tasmania even though, as you have said many times, it is cold 😅 We look forward to seeing you again in August!
