The First Aid Centre promotes quality First Aid skills training. That all people whether trained or not should do their best to help if a First Aid Emergency happens,

First Aid, given competently, maybe lifesaving,

That the most common beneficiary of First Aid training are friends and family,

That First Aid Training is a vital component of any organisations Occupational, Health, Safety and Welfare strategy,

That First Aid is mainly about doing things right and that skills can only be developed from guided practice,

Learning complex skills such as Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation cannot be rushed,

That Community members and workplaces should have a Emergency Response plans, that help develop their independent Emergency Care capacity and their capacity to competently act prior to the arrival of Emergency Services,

That any attempt a Resucitation is better than none,
