For those like me spending the day alone, I send you an extra hug and encourage you to find time doing something that will benefit you in the coming year. For me I'm setting up my budget and savings plan.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for letting me into your hearts, your vulnerabilities and your space.

I was just sitting here reflecting on some of the work we do together behind the scenes.

I never share on my page what I do with my clients as I've always held a really strong integrity and it has Never sat well with me to post all about how I helped my client through their most vulnerable moments in order to promote what I do and get more clients.

And yes, I do believe it has affected my business to a degree as people do not hear about what I do and how I help, but that has been my choice as well. I have also never pushed for reviews as what we share is deeply personal and I understand you may not want that held up for all to see in a review on a public page.

So anyway, I am sitting here thinking to myself about some of the work I have done with my clients and it fills me with so much joy, compassion, respect and the deepest of gratitude to have been able to help you step through some of the biggest and darkest moments of your life into a place where you could breathe and hopefully feel a little sun.

Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

May this Christmas season treat you well and the new year be filled with opportunity, love and joy.

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to post and let you know that with the upcoming digital ID requirements I may be locked out of social media as I choose not to use facial recognition.

I am holding the light that it will not come to that, however, I choose not to participate and as such I could potentially loose access to my pages if this all plays out.

As a business I trust that God/spirit/universe will still lead those my way that I can help. It will be in some other way than SM and frankly, I'd prefer that also as SM is so heavy and dense! It's also why I don't post a lot as I stay away from this space as much as possible anyway.

I just wanted to let you know I am still operating and if you wish to stay in contact with me then can I lead you to my email sign up list. Just follow my linktree to the button where it says 'sign up for email updates'

I will endeavour to send out a monthly update and I have already put into place a new private email facility rather than gmail in case I loose access to that also. So if you sign up to my list I can let you know any changes there, and as always you can book via my website regardless.

I have added a new link to my Linktree. This one at the top saying 'work with me' takes you to a new webpage to book with me. I have used this platform previously but then let it go. I am transitioning over to it fully as I really like the way it enables me to work with my coaching clients.

You may have also noticed that I have cut down the options to only 4.
1 x 60 min session that can be used for all types that you have previously worked with me for (ie, energy healing, counselling, Hypnotherapy).

The other 3 are my coaching options, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.

I've had some instances of my old booking page not working. If this has been the same for you and is the reason you haven't booked in, then I'd encourage you to take a look at my new page and let me know what you think.

My Linktree still lists my old one underneath at the moment. But this top one is the one that I encourage you to try.

If at anytime you have any problems or questions with bookings, please email me, I'm only ever too happy to help you get that sorted!

One of the reasons why I started my business was to help women.

Life as a woman is not easy!

We face abuse, both in childhood and adulthood.
We face prejudice in the workforce and society as a whole.

The modern world was built with men in mind.

It was not built for working mothers, or especially single working mothers!

Forced to juggle everything as a woman leads to stress, burnout and then health issues.

I know because I've had my fair share of it all and then some.

I've worked through multiple traumas and abuse. Being diagnosed with CPTSD to now living free from it.

A single mother for 13 years now. I've had to work through juggling parenthood of neurodiverse children to my own health issues and working through a workplace with a narcissistic boss whilst recovering from my own narcissistic ex and childhood trauma. 🫣

I've both *lived* on centrelink and worked full time.

I've had to teach myself money skills, investing, building a future for myself and my children. As well as being compassionate, patient, understanding, loving and growing so deeply inwards healing myself inside and out. No longer people pleasing and learning to be strong standing in my own beliefs and at times even standing up for my own children within the school system. It's not been easy! But,

Wow has this lady grown!

And now my absolute PASSION is helping YOU rise 👑

Sharing again because there is only 13 DAYS LEFT of July!!!

And on the first of August my usual price is back.

Does it even work, or is it better in person?

- Yes it works,
and
- No, It's not necessarily better in person. For some who have social anxiety for example, being at home in their comfy place, adds to the experience as they relax more easily and deeply than if they were meeting with me for the first time.

Despite some common misconceptions, energy healing works just as well online as it does in person. It does not matter to me if you are with me physically or just in spirit.

So what happens online?

- We usually meet up over zoom,

- We generally start the session with a little 'get to know you' if I've not met you before or a catch up after the last session asking how you have been and what has changed for you.

- I then get you when we are ready to start the healing to either lay down if you are on a bed or the lounge, OR you can just sit comfortably in your chair with your eyes closed and body relaxed. Whatever works for you.

- I can then do it one of two ways, by intentioning that you are lying on my healing bed and I go about the healing as if you were there in the physical, or I stay seated and visualise everything happening again as if you were right in front of me.

- I then go about the healing and close off the session with a quick discussion on how that experience went.

I have worked with numerous clients online over the years and they have all experienced the healing the same as if they were present with me in the physical.

So I ask you, what's stopping you from giving it a try?
