After her previous OsteoStrong location closed, Mary was looking for a new place to continue building strength and supporting her bone health. Just three weeks into her journey with Curves, she’s already feeling stronger, has better balance, and absolutely loves the friendly, welcoming environment. 🧑

Open Monday to Saturday (Coaches in the circuit when open, therefore limited to demand) Mon: 6.30am to 1pm: 4pm to 7pm.

Tue: 6.30am to 10.30am: 3pm to 6.30pm

Wed: 6.30am to 1pm: 4pm to 7pm
