What years of dedication can lead to 🙌
We started with a simple goal: reducing falls.
Now? The goal is to run.
Running isn’t just “go faster.” It’s a complex combination of leg drive, trunk control, arm swing, balance and timing — all working together. For someone with a neurological condition, bringing those elements together can take patience, persistence and a whole lot of courage.
Many people assume that if movement looks different, certain goals aren’t possible. Chris continues to show that progress isn’t about perfection — it’s about perseverance.
This is one of many steps on the path toward independent, safe and confident running — and we couldn’t be happier 👏
