Some medicines, including those for blood pressure, diabetes, and heart conditions ❤️, can increase the risk of dehydration in hot weather 💧

🌬 Keep inhalers, insulin, and eye drops out of direct heat
🧴 Use sunscreen and stay cool where possible 😎🧊
