At Respire Tasmania, our mission is to provide attentive, evidence-based, effective, high-quality assessment, treatment, and support. We strive to be at the forefront of providing access to therapy as well as market-leading technologies to enhance treatment outcomes. Respire Tasmania is a Tasmanian-owned business founded in 2018 by physiotherapist Susan Brumby. It started as the first Respiratory Physiotherapy business in Tasmania (originally named Launceston Respiratory Physiotherapy), paving the way in community respiratory health. The business has since expanded its scope to include Neurological and Rehabilitation Therapy. The team at Respire Tasmania believes in taking the time to understand the impact your condition is having on your life, listening to your health journey, and determining your future desires. Our service is for all people who are looking to understand their condition or how to maximise what their body can produce.

Today our team welcomed Brent from Breathing and Medical NZ, who joined us to provide hands-on training with our new Cough Assist and Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilation (IPV) devices.

Cough Assist and IPV are a key part of our respiratory care toolkit, helping us deliver specialised support to our clients.

A big thank you to Brent for sharing his expertise, and to our dedicated respiratory team for always building on their skills to provide the best care possible.
