Calling all coaches! 📣 The Northern Tasmanian Netball Association are teaming up with Netball Tasmania to present a Development Coach Practical Workshop. So, if you’re looking to upskill before the start of the 2026 season – this is for you! 🤩

▪️When: Sunday 1st March, 9am – 2pm
▪️Venue: Tasmanian Netball Centre, 29-31 Hoblers Bridge Road, Newstead
▪️Presenter: Dannie Carstens
▪️Cost: $70

Is your accreditation due for recertification? 🤔 With the season quickly approaching, now is the time for coaches and umpires to check you're up to date!

☝️ Step 1: Jump onto the Netball Australia's Netball Learning Centre, check your status and complete any outstanding requirements to ensure you're season ready!
✌️Step 2: Don't forget to download your accreditation certificate so you have it on hand to supply to the NTNA!

Are you coaching, umpiring or volunteering in 2026? Now is the time to get your Registration to Work with Vulnerable People card sorted - and it’s now FREE!

We will ask for a copy of your RWVP card when registering as an Official, Coach or Volunteer and you cannot do these roles without one.

From Today (1 January 2026), Registrations to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) will be FREE for volunteers in Tasmania.

This is a huge win for our community clubs, making it easier and more affordable for people to give their time and support those who need it most.

Clubs Tasmania and Volunteering Tasmania advocated strongly for this change on behalf of our volunteers, and we sincerely thank the Tasmanian Government for listening and implementing this important cost-of-living initiative.

If you volunteer in a regulated activity and are applying for or renewing a Volunteer class of RWVP in the two years from January 1, 2026, you do not need to pay any fee.
