Today I had the privilege of working on a true blue legend. Matt Dingjan. Who has been preparing to run from Launceston to Hobart to raise awareness for mental health here in Tasmania.
We put his body through a heavy 2-hour Sunday session, focusing on myofascial body release and deep remedial massage. Boy oh boy his body was telling the story..
Tight back, glutes and calves feeling the heavy load, nervous system running overtime and by the end, his body was beyond thankful.
Massage isn’t just about muscles,
It’s about creating space to recover, a space to breathe deeply, allowing your mind and body to reset when moments in life get heavy.
