Facing something that once made me feel physically sick… and actually enjoying it? That’s something I don’t take lightly.

This was such a reminder for me that anxiety doesn’t have to control the outcome. With the right support, our bodies can shift out of that overwhelmed, knotted-up state and into something much more calm, grounded, and capable.

Homeopathy isn’t about pushing through, it’s about supporting your system so you can show up as yourself, even in the moments that used to feel too much.

Many people want to care for their families naturally, but they feel unsure where to start. Sometimes it’s the cost of a kit or a consult, sometimes it’s just knowing how to actually use remedies.

That’s why I created Oak & Ember At Home. It’s a way to bring learning into homes in a relaxed, intimate, and supportive environment. You don’t need to know anything beforehand, and there’s no pressure to buy. It’s simply a space to ask questions, explore homeopathy, and see how it can really work in everyday life.

I also wanted to bridge a common gap: some people only know homeopathy for acutes, bumps, teething, fevers. Others think of it only for chronic conditions. The truth is, it can do both. These gatherings are where the bigger picture starts to make sense.

And because I believe everyone should have access, hosting or attending is a way to learn, connect, and even access kits or consultations more affordably.

It’s about making homeopathy accessible.

I’ve never been great at science, it’s always been a bit of a headache for me.

But there is so much science behind homeopathy, and even when I don’t fully grasp it in theory, I see it every day in practice.

I see the body recalibrate.
I see deep, lasting healing.
I see energy, vibration, and matter respond, the body knows what to do when given the right signal.

I don’t need to understand every mechanism to know it works. I see it, I feel it, I witness it, and that’s what keeps me in awe of homeopathy.

It’s true, deep, lasting healing.

Chronic illness doesn’t arrive overnight, and it rarely leaves that way either.

This reel shows the chronic cases I’ve supported in clinic this year. Long-standing conditions. Patterns that have been sitting in the body for years. Layers of physical, emotional, hormonal, nervous-system and immune imbalance.

This is where homeopathy shines in a different way, not as a quick fix, but as deep, constitutional support. Gently working with the body over time, helping it restore balance and resilience from the inside out.

Chronic care asks for patience, consistency, and the right remedies at the right time. But when supported well, the shifts can be profound, not just in symptoms, but in how someone feels in their body and life.
