Just finished a beautiful week of in-person Yin Yoga Teacher Training. The daily meditations and yin sessions were so nourishing, and I loved the opportunity to slow down, be present and focus inward. The practical and spiritual teachings resonated deeply, and I’m beyond grateful for this experience and the amazing soul sisters I’ve connected with. I feel like I’ve truly found my calling 😍 I’m excited to continue this journey and share the magic of Yin ✨
