We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Nadine Holgate, Occupational Therapist and founder of Neurolinks, to deliver professional development to our team. With more than 20 years of experience in community based rehabilitation, Nadine brought a depth of knowledge, clinical wisdom and evidence informed practice that truly elevates the way we think about functional capacity and participation. 🧠✨

We are committed to doing this work well. That means sharpening our assessment skills, strengthening capacity building approaches and continually refining how we collaborate around each participant’s goals.

Days like this ensure the support we provide is thoughtful, evidence based and grounded in real world impact. 💛

We now have TWO SOS Feeding Therapists on the team 🙌

Expanding our capacity in feeding support means more specialised, responsive support for the families we walk alongside every day. We are so proud of the commitment, training and heart that has gone into this. Proud of you!

Clinical reasoning included:
