All NDIS providers - registered or not - have a responsibility to deliver services with care, competence, and in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct.
This new video from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission shows what can go wrong when care and skill aren’t applied, and more importantly, the steps workers and providers can take to prevent it.
It’s a practical reminder that:
✔️ Training builds confidence and competence
✔️ Competence protects participants
✔️ Every action matters
