There is more than just one aspect to fitness. The most common being to achieve cardio fitness.
Depending on your desired fitness related goal its bound to be on the list however if you neglect other areas of fitness than your not going to achieve the best you.
The biggest area that's missed is by a mile strength training πŸ’ͺ and i mean proper strength training (leaning the movements of the body).
So what are some other areas of fitness that are not prioritised πŸ€”. Mobility- is the ability to move freely. If your day job requires you to sit for most of the day chances are your not going to loose some hip mobility and Thoracic spine extension. These are the areas of mobility i focus on with clients before training it only takes 5 to 10 minutes. Thats a short amount of time to dedicate to strengthening your weak areas which in the long term will reduce chances of injury and further strengthen other areas of fitness.

Why do people fear getting stronger πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ is it because they are getting out of their comfort zone or is it because they fear lifting heavy and getting injured (having a proper designed and coached program will only result in strength gains)

This is quiet an accurate representation of how people follow different approaches to nutrition and exercise. As you can see here when theres a new detox, fat burner or essential oils product on the market everyone is hyped about it. Everyone is quick to jump onboard about the so called quick results that they bring what they do is just bleed your bank balance dry.

Wise words.
A highly successful training program shouldn't be purely aimed at your strengths but your weaknesses.
Improving your weaknesses will in turn improve your strengths.
