Your arm is your most valuable tool on the field in baseball – but did you know arm pain often starts elsewhere?

Weak hips, a tight mid-back and poor shoulder extension can all lead to pain when pitching or throwing.

Patient story: A Perth Heat player throwing >94mph was struggling with forearm pain.
Our assessment found:
➡️ Poor lead/landing hip mobility
➡️ Mid-back tightness when turning
➡️ Rounded shoulders

We gave him targeted stretches and exercises and his pain disappeared.

The lesson? Arm care starts with core stability and flexibility.
