✨ I’m on holidays ✨

As of today, I’m officially on a little break and will be back in the clinic on January 5th.

I want to say a huge thank you to all of my clients for your trust, consistency, and commitment this year. Seeing the progress in my regular clients has been incredibly rewarding. Regular massage truly is key! Not just for maintaining your body, but your mind as well. The nervous system reset is very real.

I do have a small number of appointments available in January, and these won’t last long. If you’d like to lock in your session and start 2026 feeling aligned, supported, and strong, I recommend booking now.

✨ Price Update ✨

From October 1st, 2025, there will be a $10 increase to all remedial and relaxation massages.

I’ve kept my prices as low as possible and with the added costs of moving into my new space and the physical demands of this work, this small change is needed so I can continue showing up fully for you.
