Why do I teach Pilates?
Why do I offer massage?
Why do I bring women together?

Because I know what it feels like to need it.

There is something so powerful about witnessing women soften, reconnect, and remember their strength. It brings me so much joy to hold space for healing and connection.

Self-care isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
It’s how we show up as a partner, mother, friend, daughter, sister.
After a really transformative time in my life, I realised how important it is to feel safe in your body…
to regulate your nervous system…
and to come home to yourself.
