I have almost completed my mindful meditation teacher training and I am excited to be offering a free course to local women for my first offering in that role. “Mindful menopause” is an invitation to open conversation and sharing around menopause, and supportive mindfulness practices. Especially for women feeling like they are negatively impacted by their symptoms and/ or struggling on their own. I am offering the 5 week course for free starting on the 9th Nov. 🌼My intention is to raise awareness, cultivate supportive connections, empowering practices and together develop a list of local menopause informed services that we have each found helpful and create a rich shared resource to help get our collective and diverse menopause needs met!

I love these Christmas gifts for those hard to buy for people that have everything they need and buy for themselves everything they want, plus- no gift wrapping/ packaging /waste, no navigating busy shopping centres, and the feel good factor is shared 3 ways between me, my friend and my fellow human doing it tough!
