Each session is tailored to your needs and goals, with a focus on:

• Balance, coordination, and control
• Breathwork for calm, responsive riding

I’m excited to share that FIT HIIT Pilates is evolving into Body Heart Alchemy.

This rebrand reflects a deeper expression of the work I love — integrative movement practices that support strength, presence, and wellbeing through Pilates, Yoga, Yin, and embodied sessions. It’s an invitation to move with intention, connect more deeply with your body, and experience meaningful transformation.
