We are finding ourselves in a unique place in all our lives, and I would like to take just a small moment of your time to remind us all to Breathe... so many of us are Shallow Breathing at the moment, fear and anxiety does that.
So go ahead, Open that window - step out that door - open your arms wide and Inhale deeply, fill the lungs with that fresh air, and exhale all that anxiety.
We are all in a 'Fight or Flight' mode at present, anxiety is very common, take a moment and really Breathe...
Remember, this won't last forever.
Go outside barefoot, walk in the grass, feel the wind upon your face, and Breathe.
Take a break from the News - give your mind a rest, a reprieve from all the bad...inhale...exhale...inhale...exhale...
Give yourself a gift, a moment in time to really look up at the sky, watch the trees move in their dance with the wind...and breathe.
Use some essential oils to enhance the sense of the moment of release - Breathe and Surrender, Healing Blend and Balance Blend - Perfect to add to your electronic diffuser, oil burner, place a few drops in the base of your shower in the morning or/and night - and inhale...and Breathe.
