Sanctara was created from a simple belief , that therapeutic bodywork should feel both clinically informed and deeply human.

I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Beauty Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, fully insured and registered. My work integrates structured remedial assessment with intuitive, nervous-system aware care.

Over the past several years, I have worked across the Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury in a variety of settings , private homes, corporate workplaces, clinical student practice, and my own treatment space in Leura. Through each space, the feedback has been consistent: grounded, professional, deeply caring, and results-focused.

My approach has evolved into a stronger remedial framework. Every new client begins with a structured consultation and postural assessment. This allows me to understand your body, your history, and your goals before beginning treatment. I believe good bodywork starts with listening, observing and assessing , not guessing.

Treatments may include myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, lymphatic drainage, assisted stretching and targeted deep tissue work. Reiki may be gently integrated upon consultation.

Alongside remedial bodywork, I offer therapeutic facial treatments that go beyond beauty therapy. These are massage-based, lymphatic-focused treatments designed to support circulation, sinus relief and overall skin health using professional cosmeceutical skincare. The extended treatment time allows the nervous system to fully settle, supporting deeper outcomes for both skin and body.

Sanctara is also inclusive and welcoming of all ages, identities and backgrounds.

With a background in early childhood education and a current Working With Children Check, I offer age-appropriate bodywork for children and adolescents. Children’s sessions are fully clothed, gentle and regulation-focused. Techniques may include grounding touch, rocking, light massage and body-based approaches that help young people feel safe and connected in their bodies. Sessions are available by appointment in my Leura space or via mobile service.

Working with children has been part of my life for many years. I value creating calm, respectful environments where young people feel supported , not overwhelmed.

Sanctara operates primarily as a mobile service across the Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury, with a private Leura treatment space available by appointment and referral following initial consultation.

Corporate and workplace seated massage is also available, supporting stress reduction, posture care and staff wellbeing in professional settings.

My work is grounded in structure, ethics and professionalism — but it is equally grounded in warmth. I care deeply about the experience of the person on the table.

This is not just massage.
It is therapeutic care, delivered with intention.

A little update .. 💫

There has been a lot happening quietly behind the scenes, moving into my new space, completing my Remedial Massage qualification, refining my business structure, and taking time to realign with where I want Sanctara to grow.

And now I am here. Fully qualified in Remedial Massage, registered, insured, and able to offer health fund rebates.

It feels really grounding to no longer be working towards this chapter, but standing inside it.

Merry Christmas, however today looks for you.

For some, it’s full of lights and togetherness.
For others, it may feel quieter, heavier, or simply different.

Wrapping up this year feels especially meaningful as I’ve now officially completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage. This has expanded the way I work with the body, giving me a deeper understanding of anatomy, movement, and assessment, and allowing me to support people more confidently through injury management, ongoing maintenance, and overall wellbeing.

Alongside longer treatments, I’ve loved offering seated chair massage throughout the year. It’s a short, targeted, and restorative treatment that works deeply into the areas where we hold the most tension, while still leaving the body calm and settled.

Being able to bring this work into workplaces has been incredibly rewarding. Throughout the year, I’ve provided seated chair massage across a range of corporate settings, early learning environments, and events, supporting people within the spaces they work and gather. Creating moments of care in these environments feels like a natural extension of how I approach my work.

Most recently, I had the pleasure of working in a beautiful learning centre in the Hawkesbury, supporting educators as they moved toward their Christmas break. Moving forward, I’m continuing to expand my corporate and workplace massage services across the Blue Mountains and surrounding areas, including the Hawkesbury.

As I move into the new year, Sanctara will remain mobile, with some new and exciting developments quietly unfolding.

As we move toward Christmas and the close of another big year, I want to share that Sanctara gift vouchers are available for anyone wanting to give something meaningful, nurturing, and truly supportive.

This time of year can feel full, busy, and a little overwhelming. So often, rest and self-care get pushed to the side and framed as something extra. But caring for your body and nervous system is not a luxury, it’s a way of supporting yourself before things tip into pain, exhaustion, or burnout.

A massage is not just about relaxation, it’s about maintaining balance, supporting recovery, and giving your body the chance to reset. When we tend to ourselves early, we often need far less later.

Over the summer and into the new year, I’ll continue offering my treatments in a mobile setting, as well as by referral from my home space, allowing flexibility while still providing deeply personalised care. Whether it’s a gift for someone you love, or a moment for you, for the new year.
