I just love coming across these little coffee/food places on my travels ….feels good to contribute, and the coffee and food was excellent! Veges beds out front and lots of outdoor seating - “The Rise” - Thurgoona NSW. Community community community 🍀🫶🏽☺️

It’s been a ‘sitting in front of screen for too long’ kind of week......consulting and also figuring out govt and professional body guidelines as they change daily....haven’t had my usual long walks. So I checked in with my Healy frequency device just now to see what I needed and Circulation program came up as a priority- fancy that ! 😉 How wonderful to have my Healy supporting my wellbeing as I potter about sorting out a few things in my home office ✨👏
Better get a walk in tomorrow hey!
