The Grief Circle: A Space for Collective Healing
A Grief Circle is a dedicated sanctuary for sharing the stories of our losses within a supportive community. The ceremony provides a gentle container for deep emotion. My hope is to offer a connection to something greater—whatever that may mean to you—allowing sorrow to be met with kindness, integration, and the warmth of being held in Love.
We are not meant to carry our burdens alone. There is a transformative power in being witnessed, and I believe we find our way through grief most effectively in circles. You will find a warm welcome and a “brave space.” While “safety” is relative, we strive for a space where vulnerability is honored as a gift.
Through gentle ritual, rhythm, and silence, we explore the territory of grief together. Participation is always by invitation, never by obligation. By being present for ourselves and one another, we often find that expressed grief reveals its true nature: a profound form of love. Here, grief is not just a burden, but the very medicine that brings us home to ourselves.
These circles will include silent creative time, sound healing and a sharing circle.
