As we mark 12 months today since the devastating Northern Rivers and Lismore flood, let us pause and reflect on the enormous courage shown by our communities on that fateful morning, and the days, weeks and months that followed. While many may not have felt brave, they continued to show up, put up, speak up and fight for their towns. That is something of which to be proud.

Welcome to 2023. It is okay to focus on this present moment, and the moments that lie ahead of you as the past really doesn't mind. When we become aware of our thoughts, we can start to change our focus.
