My practice Applied Osteopathy no longer exists….I did not agree with vaccination for COVID or the protocols advised by the authorities. I believe AHPRA handled that situation badly and were not accessible for advice,instructions or guidance other than generic communication.I don’t believe Osteopathy is governed correctly acknowledging the basic philosophy and tenets of our original founder,A.T.Still,and has lost it’s way in health care so I reluctantly retired some years ago.

I no longer practice Osteopathy…refusing vaccination during COVID or implementing their procedures in my practice and a lack of direction or assistance from AHPRA instigated my decision.I also had no interest in Dry-needling which seems to be a major focus in practice nowadays.Travall’s methods are effective but not mainstream in my opinion.

Albanese gives our taxpayer dollars to help launch a PNG rugby league team but has not given us the $300 discount on Electricity charges…priorities,obviously!!

I notice my page continues to be visited so I should inform all I am no longer practicing as an Osteopath.The reason being I was not accepting of introducing COVID protocols into my practice but more to the point,I had no intention of being vaccinated to enable me to continue in practice.One of the major platforms Osteopathy was founded was the inefficiency of pharmaceuticals as a healing mechanism and no belief in vaccination and as a true Osteopath,I saw no reason to continue in a profession not acknowledging our roots and the wisdom of our master,Andrew Taylor Still……be true to your school..!!!

Here we are,well into the imposition of corona virus.It has been a time of great reflection,a time of polarising,separating and isolating.I hope we survived.The challenges of life remain,we hopefully gain resilience.The body absorbs this energy.The machine,the combustion engine driving us requires maintenance and possibly repair.....see your body mechanic NOW....
