🙌 We are so excited to be welcoming Sarah Daynes to Hinterland next week 🙌

Sarah is an osteopath from the Northern Rivers who enjoys treating patients of all ages and conditions to support people to achieve their goals and alleviate pain and improve overall quality of life.

Sarah employs a wide range of both indirect and direct techniques that are tailored to the patients needs ranging from soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, myofascial release, visceral and cranial techniques. Sarah's treatments are rooted in the osteopathic principles of supporting the natural physiologic processes at work to promote healing and the expression of health.

Sarah has a special interest in working with patients experiencing persistent pain conditions and educating patients to better understand and manage pain. Sarah also has a special interest in the rehabilitation of sporting injuries and helping people perform at their best.

Sarah is available MONDAY & FRIDAY.

🌟 We would like to welcome and introduce RONNY LINDSAY - ENLIVEN MINDS PSYCHOLOGY - to the Hinterland Osteopathy Allied Health team 🌟

Having worked within forensic and private practice environments, Ronny’s approach is non—judgemental, compassionate, and collaborative.

He works with clients to identify practical tools that they can implement to help make positive adjustments right from the first session.

Ronny resonates strongly with the concepts informing the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) model, which primarily encourages mental flexibility, connection to values, and meaningful action. He generally practices within this framework, however, tailors the approach depending on the individual needs of the client.

🌿 Outside of work Isabelle enjoys an active lifestyle, loves to travel & is an avid learner. She is currently training to become a practitioner of Somatic Experiencing which is a body-focused approach to healing trauma.

Kathy works with people aged 16 and older as individuals or couples.

Having held a strong interest over many years in learning and understanding human behaviour and interactions and what helps people heal from major life events involving trauma and loss, Kathy has honed her skills in meeting people where that are in life and utilising interventions that promote personal recovery and transformational change. 

With more than 18 years' experience in psychological practice and counselling, Kathy works well with people from a wide range of backgrounds with varied presenting concerns. Using a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, Kathy works with people to integrate the emotional and psychological impacts of major life events and move forward into experiencing life again in all its fullness.

Positions held in leadership and management have informed Kathy in providing high quality coaching and support services for people in complex, high pressure and demanding work environments. Employing evidence-based stress reduction and management techniques, Kathy has supported many leaders across diverse organisations reduce the impact of acute stress on health and quality of life, as well as working through issues including vicarious trauma, workplace conflict/disputes, and improving communication to positively impact workplace relationships and productivity.

Registered provider of workers compensation, third party compulsory insurance, Victim's Services and Medicare Better Access referrals.
