It's tomorrow - our final Walk & Talk of the year!
ABA Walk & Talk – Birdwing Butterfly Walk 🌿
Join us for a gentle stroll, fresh air, and friendly chats with other local mums and bubs this Wednesday Nov 26th - tomorrow - at 10 am.

It’s the last Walk & Talk of the year – and the coolest day this week (perfect walking weather!). 🌥️

Bring a pram, sling, or baby carrier. Support people (like grandparents) welcome too! Our lovely volunteer has been holding this space all year – let’s show up and make it special. Meet at the entrance to the Birdwing Butterfly Walk, ready to roll at 10!

We're ready for you and your little ones down at the Lismore Library today from 10am!
It's a beautiful day out there ☀️ hang in the Quad after the meeting and enjoy a warm or cold drink at the new cafe 🤸

It such a wonderful meeting yesterday and sooo good to be back in the Lismore Library! 🎉
So nice to spend time with those who came and be able to offer you a cuppa and a snack as well as have a chat about whats going on in your lives ❤️

We'll be back for our next meeting Thursday Sept 11th, celebrating dad's, partners and the support people in our lives 🥳

Today marks the beginning of World Breastfeeding Week (WBW) 1-7 August 2025! This year's theme is ‘Prioritise Breastfeeding: Create sustainable support systems.'

Join us during World Breastfeeding Week for our free event on sustaining and supporting breastfeeding. The webinar is targeted towards grandparents, extended family members, friends, and other support people. The webinar will be held on Thursday, 7 August, 7:30pm (AEST).

It will include information on…
1) Changes to breastfeeding and parenting overtime
2 )Breastfeeding works as a mother baby dyad
3) Supporting breastfeeding as family and friends
4) Feeding and settling baby when mum isn't around

Normally available to Virtual Village members only, this exclusive promotion will be offered to all app users for the entire ‘World Breastfeeding Week’.

ABA's weekly Breastfeeding Preparation Sessions and Newborn Virtual Village webinars will also take place during this time.
