Sprout just keeps growing & we’re looking for another full-time Barista to join our busy team in our Café in the heart of Lismore! 🌿

You will also be responsible for:
☕Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
☕Crafting Drinks : prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages & tea with precision and creativity
☕Handling cash register duties, process payments accurately, and handle customer enquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
☕Supporting cafe operations by restocking supplies.
☕Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
☕Handling cash and card transactions.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
🌿Must have flexible availability throughout the week.
🌿Experience as a barista in a busy café or similar environment
🌿Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
🌿Strong knowledge of general cafe operations in a fast paced environment
🌿Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

🖥️ His Home Office: Jason is all about his office setup. He loves his computer and printer so much, he practices his typing and printing every single day! Talk about dedication! 💪

🥤 Diet Coke Zero: This is the drink of choice for Jason. God forbid it’s ever missed - it's his ultimate refreshment!

🎪 Passion for the Circus & Motorbikes: Jason is a huge fan of the circus 🎪 and anything to do with motorbikes 🏍️. He’s always on the lookout for the next exciting show or ride.

🏠 Tidy Home: Keeping his home neat and tidy is a must. From making his bed as soon as he wakes up to emptying the dishwasher and helping wash the van, Jason is a cleaning pro!

🎄 Christmas Enthusiast: Christmas is Jason’s favourite time of year 🎅. He can’t wait to put up the Christmas tree and soak up all the festive cheer!

💃 Disco King: When it comes to dancing, Jason shines! 🕺 He’s even won a couple of dance competitions. You’ll find him tearing up the floor at the next disco.

🚪 True Gentleman: Jason’s all about respect and kindness, always opening doors for the ladies and offering a helping hand whenever he can.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family First: Jason is incredibly close to his family, who have always supported him in everything he does. You can tell his heart is full of love for them!

🎤 Karaoke & Choir: Jason’s voice is one for the ages! He attends a fun karaoke session every Monday and a choir every Tuesday, and he gives it his all every time.

🎶 Music Lover: Jason’s favourite artist is none other than John Williamson 🎸, and every year he looks forward to catching him live. He’s already counting down the days to the Gold Coast concert in 2026!

Jason is one of the most genuine, hardworking, and fun-loving people we know, and we’re lucky to have him as part of the team! 🙏🎉

It’s that beautiful time of the year in Grafton their Grafton Jacaranda Festival!

This beautiful festival has been at Grafton for 90 years now, it is celebrated over 10 days! 🥳

Grafton first jacaranda tree was planted in the 1880s as a part of the towns beautification project. I think we can agree the project was a success! 🤩

Grafton blooms into this beautiful purple! 💜

We are so close to the finish line with our units! 🤩🤩

SivBuild have done an amazing job on these, not to mention all of our other tradesman who have been a part of this journey with us! 🪛🔧🔨🛠🪚🏘

It’s crazy to think that construction started in October 2024 for the rebuild of our 10 units! 🤯

The new design features elevated living areas positioned well above 2022 floodwater level with carports build underneath to provide both protection & functionality.

We are looking forward to welcoming back many of our previous tenants, who are excited to return to their homes – now safer, stronger & better than ever. 💛
