Steven is a true all-rounder and a much loved member of our Multitask community. When he’s not cheering on his favourite local and professional sports teams, you’ll find him putting his green thumb to work as a valued member of our Green Team. 🌱

He’s also a man of many hobbies - a dedicated weekly ten-pin bowler, one of our regular golfers, a proud member of the Titans Football Club and an absolute social butterfly who brings energy wherever he goes. 🎳⛳🏈

Sprout just keeps growing & we’re looking for another full-time Barista to join our busy team in our Café in the heart of Lismore! 🌿

You will also be responsible for:
☕Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
☕Crafting Drinks : prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages & tea with precision and creativity
☕Handling cash register duties, process payments accurately, and handle customer enquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
☕Supporting cafe operations by restocking supplies.
☕Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
☕Handling cash and card transactions.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
🌿Must have flexible availability throughout the week.
🌿Experience as a barista in a busy café or similar environment
🌿Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
🌿Strong knowledge of general cafe operations in a fast paced environment
🌿Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
