When it comes to red light therapy, dose matters more than duration.

Photobiomodulation research shows something called a biphasic dose response.

It means:

• Too little = not enough stimulation
• The sweet spot = optimal mitochondrial activation
• Too much = diminishing returns

Current studies suggest that 6–8 minutes is the optimal window for ATP production, nitric oxide release, and cellular energy.

Hey everyone, just a heads up that we’ll be closed tomorrow, Monday the 26th, for Australia Day.

We hope it doesn’t inconvenience you too much, but it’s a great opportunity to slow things down, take a breather, and spend some quality time with family or friends — whether that’s a BBQ, the beach, or simply putting your feet up and relaxing.
