Our self help CD’s have been hugely successful in guiding people to a better way of being and finding themselves and their place in the world.

Together Paul and Phoebe have over 80 years of experience in the health and fitness industry in one form or another and they bring all of their skills and expertise into their clinic to help YOU get to where you want your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health to be.
