Zen Aerial Yoga We are bringing Aerial Yoga to the Northern Rivers. Great for all levels, increase your flexibility and strength. No previous Yoga experience needed.

Get more out of your yoga practice with the benefit of the aerial yoga hammock. We offer 2 hour Saturday workshops alternating between Lismore and Byron Shire. We also offer regular Monday and Tuesday classes in Bangalow and Lismore. We team teach and are available to assist in all areas of the class/workshop.

2023- Sadly our Lismore venue was lost to us during the floods and has not become available to us again.
We have been trying to source a new venue however due to engineering requirements, this is a difficult task....
We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope to eventually be flying again.
