Mindfulness kidz brings children a unique experience, which supports children with self-regulation, grounding, inner peace/calm, creative expression, lowers a racing heart, releases anxiety and stresses, relaxation skills and much more...

🎨This one took a few weeks but the result from the patience and determination from this person shows.
🌻Art Therapy can take you on a journey, a journey which supports you to explore hidden emotions and feelings, also hidden talent and skills.
💛This person expressed how happy she was with her results.
She said throughout doing this peice it made her feel calm and relaxed.
