I have temporarily closed my practice for the time of the corona virus situation. I have made this decision because
1. My work is very up close to people. I cannot observe the 1.5 metre rule as other health professionals can.
2. I cannot source the same personal protective clothing that e.g nurses can
3. I am concerned that my practice could become a source of spreading the virus
4. My practice is in my home and patients could unknowingly bring the virus into my home.
I am sorry for any inconvenience that my temporary closure may cause to those who rely on me and hope you understand.
If you have a painful problem and want my advice, please get on the phone. Leave a message on my answering service and I will get back to you.

To all my patients. I will continue to operate as long as I can in the present corona virus situation. I have instituted new cleaning procedures in my clinic so I can ensure, as far as possible, that the virus is not passed on. My contact with people is deemed by NSW health authorities to be casual and not close contact. If you have a cold, sniffle or flu like symptoms please contact me before coming. You may have to postpone your appointment.

I attended the "Shaping the Lismore CBD" workshop this afternoon and will attend again tomorrow. It's about producing new ideas and plans to reinvigorate Lismore"s CBD and it's connection to the river. I am attending as a river user being a keen kayaker and member of the canoe club. I am excited about the process!
