Dear Clients & Customers,
From February 2025, The Natural Health Spot Lithgow will be open fortnightly on the 1st & 3rd week of the month.
Open on Wednesday, Thursday (and some Fridays). Next open Wednesday 5th February.
All Naturopath & Herbal Medicine services available fortnightly.
Postage is available for all clients on Medicinal tonics and practitioner supplements.
The Natural Health Spot is also located at The Galleria, Ettalong Beach on the Central Coast where appointments and practitioner products are available.

Dear Customers,
Letting you know that we are closing a bit earlier over winter with Fridays closing at 3pm. Please see the new hours as follows:

Tuesday 10am to 4pm
Wednesday 11am to 4pm
Thursday 10am to 5.15pm
Friday 10am to 3pm
Saturday, Sunday & Monday closed

Thursdays open till 5.15 but if you need a bit more time please call the shop on 6351 3315 and we will be happy to wait for you.

Hi All, we still have supplies of Vitamin C, antiviral tonics and other immune enhancing products along with many food staples. Hand sanitiser on it's way & to arrive soon.
We are still trading as normal open Tuesday to Friday 10am - 5pm & Saturday 10am - 2pm.
If you are finding it difficult to come into the shop please give us a call on 6351 3315 & we can organise a delivery for you 😊 Stay safe everyone & please call us or drop in if you need our help or to check availability of products.
