Your mind is powerful. Like manifest an entire new life powerful. Every thought is a seed, and what you focus on will grow. It’s time to be really mindful of what you’re planting.

The quality of your thoughts is everything right now. Be conscious of where your mind likes to wander when you’re tired, frustrated or stuck in overthinking land. You want your thoughts to create beautiful gardens, not sprout fields of weeds.

If you’ve been feeling uncertain or fearful, pause and shift your focus. Negativity, fear and gossip only create more of what you don’t want. When you stay stuck in group think or collective worry, you accidentally activate lack energy for yourself, and we are not doing that this week.

Instead, fill your mind with what you do want to grow. Love brings more love. Gratitude brings more blessings. Peace attracts more peace. You have the power to shift everything just by choosing a better thought.

Do not second guess yourself when choosing your path forward.

Your body always tells the truth.

Parrots are intelligent and observant, with a remarkable gift for mimicry. They can mirror human voices, animal calls and a variety of sounds, a talent they have developed through deep and attentive listening. Their ability reminds us that genuine communication begins with presence. ✨

HELLO!! I'm Lexy and I LOVE coaching people. I believe in magic, fairies, and creating something amazing and worthwhile for the world. I want people to love themselves and wake up genuinely happy and healthy. I am incredibly passionate about teaching my programs where I help my client’s develop their psychic abilities. I also enjoy doing readings - using handwriting and colour to help people, meditation and using nature's food to heal. I have been practicing meditation, doing readings and coaching spiritual workers for nearly 10 years and I look forward to meeting you :)
