Customer Service Officer - Contact Centre
SOUTH WEST RADIOLOGY

👉 About the role
We are seeking multiple dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officers to join our dynamic team at South West Radiology at our Headquarters in Liverpool CBD.

👉 What you'll be doing
-Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling incoming calls efficiently.
-Completing patient registration and the collection of relevant information
-Coordinating with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
-Providing general administrative support as needed

👉 What we're looking for
-Previous experience as a Medical/Radiology Receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role within the healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients and medical staff effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Previous experience working with a radiology software is an advantage (ie. Kestral/Karisma)
- Arabic speaking/interpreting experience is highly regarded
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Availability to work Saturdays 8:00am to 12:30pm (if needed)
