Hi everyone!! My name is Tash, I am a mental health support worker, and I am looking to get some new clients. I have been a support worker for about 5 years; for the first two years I worked in a group home and for almost 4 years I have been running my own business, The Good Life Support Services. My educational background is in psychology, I have a Bachelor of Psychology, Diploma of Mental Health and am currently working on a Masters of Counselling. My business goals are to support, advocate for and inspire people in the community. Helping people is what I am good at and it’s all I want to do.
I am the proud partner of a Deaf adult and my partner has inspired me to follow my passion towards counselling. I am an Auslan user and very passionate advocate for the Deaf community and everyone in it. I have experience working with people with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, delusions, trauma, alcohol and other drug dependency, autism, and OCD among others.
At the moment I am available on Wednesdays at 2pm onwards from Redfern and Sundays at 12pm onwards from Redfern.
If you are interested in support outside of these times, please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate.
