It began by starting to search when I was 18 years old in 1993. When I say "search" I am referring to reading everything I could get my hands on about Crystals, Spirituality, Tarot cards etc. Similar to researching.
Then at age 20, I attended a Psychic Fair. The Psychic I chose to get a reading from was a Man who happened to live in my local area. In the reading he told me that I had Guides! I was so surprised as I always wished I had Psychic Abilities. I felt an overwhelming feeling of love and was buzzing with excitement.
After receiving the reading I was so inspired by what he said to me, that I attended a presentation there that gave me an overview about Spirituality and told me about a Workshop being held. Well try and hold me back! I was so enthralled and enthusiastic about going.
On the day of the Workshop in a break I went to the local milk bar. Everyone I walk by smiled at me and acknowledged me. This was really strange to me as no one usually noticed me. I blended in. I just said hello back and got back to the Workshop real quick! I told the Psychic what happened and he said your beaming. He was right I never felt so happy.
It felt like I was relieved to find my niche. It felt like coming home and being very uncomfortable in my surrounds. Even the information that was cover in the Workshop made me feel surprised, as I remember it was actually what I believed to be true.
From then on, my awakening accelerated. I attended actual classes to unfold my Psychic Abilities with the group of people at the Workshop, that consisted of the Psychic who gave me the reading as he lived in my local area and other people like me like me who were the general public.
My spiritual awakening is something that has impacted my life positively. I wouldn't change it nor choose to got back to how I was prior.
I highly recommend attending classes and workshops as you actually get to experience what they are talking about, through techniques that are experiences that unfold your abilities. It also confirms that it is true as you have the experience yourself. No just theory. No just someone opinion that your suppose to trust.
Zooming forward to this day. I still attend retreats/camps and courses as much as I can. As life is an never ending experience of unfolding your abilities once you start.
Stepping out of the 'normal' world is what the awakening all about and is just the start of a fulfilling your inner needs for spiritual growth.
I feel lucky to have the understanding I do, the perspective I do as otherwise life can be a roller coaster that knocks you around more.
The classes, workshop and presentations I attended way back then are still available to this very day. I feel they are even more relevant to today as we are even more open to our spirituality.
Dr Francisco Coll. The Founder of the Inner Peace Movement. Wow - he was psychic! He has now passed on but his creation the Inner Peace Movement and the classes, workshops and courses he channeled from Guidance still exists.
The difference compared to other spiritual programs out there is that your are connected to your Guides and work with them in your daily life constantly. Heightening your experiences to grow spiritually - especially at the classes, workshops and courses as these have been designed to work with your Guides. Gently you are guided through experiences that always have a wow factor.
I now can proudly say I am a Reiki Practitioner and I am a consultant of the Inner Peace Movement. Reiki came naturally to me. I love the opportunity to help people, to gain insights from Guidance for them that I include in my Reiki Healings, and the trust and bond this creates for them. It gives people an understanding of themselves as a soul with a physical body in a gentle way. The practitioner training gave me an opportunity to trust and down load Guidance and spiritual energy. Love it!
