Looking for an Equine Farm Hand
We are looking for an equine farm hand (casual or contractor with own ABN).
Must be experienced with and comfortable around horses, and be able to complete physically demanding tasks like lifting, mowing/whipper snipping and fixing fences.
A morning and afternoon shift are available Monday - Friday. Hourly rate is $35.15 per hour plus superannuation, or to be negotiated if you have your own ABN.
Responsibilities
Mixing feeds and feeding horses plus hay as required.
Maintaining a clean feed shed.
Fill up and cleaning of water troughs.
Cleaning stables and paddocks.
Fencing repairs.
Arena cleaning and grading.
Mowing and whipper snipping.
W**d removal and spraying.
Cleaning and light maintenance of farm equipment.
Ordering and picking up Stockfeed and farm supplies.
