A message from our 3PL warehouse in Auckland.
Severe weather conditions across the country are causing widespread travel disruptions, including flight cancellations & delays. As a result, there may be some delays to freight movement and deliveries.
To help keep people safe and off the roads today (Thursday, 23 October), we have been advised that carriers have temporarily suspended courier and mail deliveries and collections in the following areas:
• North Island: Wellington and Wairarapa (south of Carterton)
• South Island: Canterbury and Marlborough (including Kaikōura)
As a result, please expect:
• 1–2 working days’ delay for all Courier and Economy parcels, and mail items
• A minimum of 1 working day delay for Express items in the impacted areas

A message from NZ Post.
