Time to simply be immersed in natures beauty is essential for me, I add in self Reiki & a light meditation & I feel I'm ready for whichever waves fill my day 🌊

Feeling grounded allows me to be best prepared to ride the soft & gentle waves with grace & ease or allows me the added strength & a deep anchoring allowing me to be softened & fluid for the deeper, harsher plunges, the hold your breath moments & everything in between 🐛🦋

This is my favourite weekend ritual when time is allowed, otherwise simply my own garden at home is just as beautiful, but how I love taking time to be present here 🤍

With a full, peaceful & ever so grateful heart, I thank the beautiful Emma for her gift in creating the most beautiful healing space last evening, with her offering of Flowbreath 🌸

It is such a gift to hold space within my own offerings, for which I will always be so deepy grateful for, and last night it was so beautiful to be held myself, in a space that offered safety, beauty & the magic of allowing me to truly feel held 🌻

An evening filled with magical moments, clarity & such special time shared with beautiful hearts, some I have never met before & some very loved & cherished friends whom I adore with all of my heart

Early this morning, with a peaceful heart, I performed a water blessing for the flowers before releasing them to the ocean, intertwined with intentional prayer, inviting the universe to recieve all the heartfelt wishes, intentions of both invitation & release, spoken from hearts & carried within the flowers, asking & trusting in the universe for them to be carried away, held & returned to all of us as love for our highest good and for the highest good of all humanity 🌏
