This is the time of year, where we burn the candle at both ends, ensuring everyone else is ok, whilst forgetting to nurture our own self ♡

As we lean into the final weeks of the year, ideally we could be spending moments in quiet reflection, instead we actually speed up, we move in full force, pushing through, exceeding our own limits, with all the 'to do's' we forgett to pause & take time to rest & make time for moments that spark & expand our light to bring us joy

♡ This is your reminder, you are important too, you are so very worthy too, your needs matter too, honour yourself and your beautiful heart ♡
