Congratulations to our friend Nicola McDermott on the wonderful achievement of winning a silver medal in the women’s high jump. A big shout out to her coach Matt Horsnell, a wonderful coach and mentor to many young local central coast athletes.

What have you been doing to keep active during lockdown? Share your adventures with us.
My grandson and I have enjoyed the funky vibes in Long Jetty today and it’s been lovely to spend sometime outside of the practice. Playing tennis at Jubilee Park followed by an urban and lake walk / ‘photo shoot’.

We thought we would try something different for our work Christmas Party this year. Thankyou Dani from Exhale Art and Wellness Centre at Long Jetty for a fun night and Tanya Slee for preparing the tastiest grazing boxes.
