Your Emotional Compass needs regular maintenance.

I know myself first hand how emotions can create stress in everyday living, I tried to work through the emotions but then came the big moment, a total melt down.
Why is it that we have to experience these huge down turns before we find the solutions?
Perhaps that is because in that moment, that is when we really take notice.
But it doesn't have to be that way. We can create the space of internal curiosity, before it all gets too much.
This is the reason I am passionate 🥰 about Teaching Meditation to those who are seeking peace, happiness, and discovering who they really are, finding their connection to their inner world.
