“I’d love to train… but my injury always flares up.”
That’s what we hear all the time.

You want to get stronger.
You want to feel fitter.

Here’s why stretching your hips & lower body matters more than you think 👇

Your hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings and adductors all control how you squat, hinge, lunge and even walk.
When they’re tight:
❌ Your squat depth suffers
❌ Your lower back compensates
❌ Your knees take extra stress
❌ Your glutes struggle to fully activate

Now the facts 👇
✅ Improved hip mobility = better squat mechanics
Greater hip flexion and extension allows you to move deeper and stronger with proper form.
✅ Reduces lower back tension
Tight hip flexors can tilt the pelvis forward, increasing strain on the lumbar spine.
✅ Better glute activation
If hips are stiff, glutes can’t fire efficiently — which limits strength and power.
✅ Supports knee health
Mobile hips help control femur position, reducing unwanted knee stress.
Little-known fact 💡
Sitting for long periods can shorten hip flexors in as little as 20–30 minutes of sustained posture. That’s why desk jobs + no stretching = cranky hips.
