Feeling hungry during your workout? 🍽️💪

Totally normal, your body’s working hard and burning through energy!
That hunger is your body’s way of saying it needs fuel to keep performing.

✅ Before training: Have a balanced snack or meal with carbs + protein about 1–2 hours beforehand to power your session.
✅ After training: Refuel with a nutritious meal to recover and stay satisfied.
💧 And don’t forget hydration, sometimes thirst can feel like hunger!

Listen to your body, fuel smart, and you’ll train stronger and recover better every time. 🔥🙌

Think of your body as a glass 🥛
The water you pour in = calories 🍽️
The size of the glass = your metabolism 🔥

If you keep pouring (eating more than your body burns), the glass overflows and that overflow (extra calories) gets stored as fat.

It’s not magic, it’s energy balance ⚖️
