1️⃣ Book your sessions first
If it’s in the calendar, it’s non negotiable.

2️⃣ Plan your basics
Training days, meals, sleep. Keep it simple and realistic.

3️⃣ Remove decision fatigue
Know when you’re training and what you’re doing so you don’t have to think about it.

Consistency comes from structure, not willpower.

Not a dramatic moment.
Not a breakdown.
Just a quiet realisation:

“I don’t want another year to pass feeling like this.”

Alex wasn’t chasing a “new me.”
Alex just wanted to feel better in their own life more energy, more strength, more self respect.

The problem wasn’t motivation.
