As the year comes to a close, I’m feeling deeply grateful for this community and for what we’re building together at The Yoga Shed.
This year has reinforced for me how powerful regular practice and genuine connection can be. When yoga becomes part of life — not something we squeeze in — something shifts. The unlimited term options, consistent attendance, and shared rhythms have helped create a space where people feel supported, recognised, and at ease being themselves.
Community is quietly healing. Showing up regularly, practicing together, having real conversations — it matters.
Looking ahead, I’m open to the continued evolution of The Yoga Shed with community at its centre. In 2026, this includes sharing teaching roles with other wonderful teachers from within our community, bringing diversity and creativity while maintaining the depth and integrity many of you value.
Yoga, meditation, sound, nature, and conscious living will remain at the heart of what we offer — with sound massage continuing as a powerful standalone practice or complement to yoga for nervous system support, clarity, and deep rest.
January will be lighter in the studio while many people are away, with online programs and a small number of events running - including our popular New Year's Day Sound Meditation. Please keep an eye on the Classes & Events page for updates.
