April appointments are now fully booked — thank you so much for the continued support and trust in this work. I’m always so grateful to hold space for you all.

Our Exmouth trip has been postponed due to the cyclone damage in the region, so instead we’re taking a little detour to Bali for some much-needed R&R. A chance to reset, recharge and refill the cup so I can come back grounded and ready to support everyone again.

The Archetype of the King 👑
Lately I’ve been reflecting on the King archetype — the healthy masculine energy that leads not through control, but through presence, responsibility, and heart-centred leadership.
The King isn’t about dominance or ego.
In its highest expression, the King holds the kingdom steady. He creates safety, structure, and direction so that everything around him can thrive.
A healthy King listens.
He protects.
He serves something bigger than himself.
But here’s the truth about becoming the King…
You don’t arrive there without a death of the ego first.
Many of our friends — and my beautiful husband included — are stepping into their 50th year, which astrologically lines up with the Chiron return.
This is often a time when life strips away the armour.
Old identities burn.
Patterns that once protected us no longer fit.
It can feel confronting.
But what’s actually happening is initiation.
The wounded masculine transforms into the wise masculine.
The boy becomes the man who can truly hold the throne of his life.
Not through force.
But through humility, truth, and deep self-awareness.
And as partners, we witness this transformation up close.
The shedding.
The rebuilding.
The quiet strength that emerges on the other side.
Because when the King stands in integrity, the whole kingdom rises with him.

The Emotional Backpack
Ever feel like you’re carrying everyone else’s emotions?
Your partner’s mood.
Your kids’ feelings.
Your friend’s problems.
Your family’s stress.
At some point many of us quietly become the one who holds it all.
But after a while it starts to feel like you're walking around with a massive emotional backpack…
and everyone keeps dumping their stuff into it.
Until one day you're exhausted, overwhelmed and wondering why life feels so heavy.
Here’s the truth:
You are not responsible for everyone else’s happiness.
You can love people.
Support them.
Listen to them.
But you are not meant to carry their emotional load.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply:
• unpack the backpack
• hand some of it back
• or better yet… put the bloody thing down
And just carry our own emotions.

In kinesiology we often uncover the deeper reasons we started carrying everyone else’s emotions in the first place — childhood roles, survival patterns, beliefs about being the strong one or the fixer.
When those patterns are released, something shifts.
You stop absorbing everyone else’s energy.
You start making conscious choices about what is actually yours to carry.
And life suddenly feels a lot lighter.

We've been taught to fight symptoms.

But fatigue, anxiety, inflammation and pain may simply be signals that something in our environment, lifestyle or nervous system needs support.

The real shift happens when we stop approaching wellness from self-criticism and start approaching it from self-care and curiosity.

The practices might look the same — exercise, meditation, breathwork — but the intention behind them changes everything.

✨ From fixing → supporting
✨ From frustration → listening

Do you know why I love coaching group training… and doing it myself?

Because for one hour, in that moment, the only thing you have to do is be present in what you’re doing.

No one is asking you where their shoes are.
No one is asking what’s for dinner.
No one is asking you how to fix something or solve the next problem.

That constant brain borrowing… that quiet mental load we carry all day… finally gets a break.

Instead, someone else guides you.
Someone else programs the session.
Someone else directs the focus.

All you have to do is show up and move your body.

And here’s something interesting…

Have you ever tried to be anxious while lifting heavy weights?
Or while pushing through a hard run?

You can’t.

Your brain has to shift out of the noise and into the body.

Breath.
Muscle.
Movement.
Effort.

For that hour you’re not worrying about yesterday or tomorrow.
You’re just here.

And honestly… that might be one of the most powerful forms of therapy we have. 💪

To be truly seen is powerful.

Not just looked at.

When someone holds eye contact with you, without judgement, without trying to fix you, without looking away… something shifts.

Walls soften.
Nervous systems settle.
Hearts open.

So many of us move through the world feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can offer another human isn’t advice or solutions.

It’s simply our presence.

A moment of stillness.
A moment of connection.
A moment where someone realises…

My relationship with exercise has evolved so much over the years.
It started as a way to quiet anxiety and escape the constant chatter in my mind.
Movement helped me reconnect with my body when my nervous system felt overwhelmed.
But eventually I realised I was also using exercise to avoid what I was feeling.
Healing didn't come from just one thing.
Therapy
Kinesiology
Energetic work
Nervous system awareness
Nutritional changes
Because we are multi-layered beings.
Now movement isn't escape for me.
It's connection.
