What does this look like?
Providing all (people and animals) with:
Time for slowing and observing
Access to others of choice
Space to freely move
Access to shelter, clean water and nourishment (if herd animals, constant access to fiber foods)
Access to engaging (interesting) things to safely explore
Plenty of opportunity to process, rest and recover

In short, Care & Fair for All is constantly being explored and discovered through caringly considered mutual agreements ...
