1:1 Yoga Sessions
A private yoga session offers a gentle and supportive introduction to yoga, with space to move at your own pace and within your body’s individual needs.
Together, we explore foundational postures, breath awareness, and mindful movement in a calm, safe environment, without the pressure of keeping up, comparing, or feeling self-conscious in a class setting.
These sessions are ideal if you are new to yoga, returning after time away, working with physical limitations, or simply feel more comfortable in a private setting.
